In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "y889" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the y889 online casino and sports betting service accessible at y889.ws and all associated subdomains and mobile-browser interfaces.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the y889 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. Where y889 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them will be forfeited without exception.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, a valid email address that you actively access, a mobile phone number registered in your name, and your date of birth. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. y889 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password that is not used on any other website or application. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any wager placed using your account credentials will be treated as a valid wager placed by you, regardless of whether you personally authorised that specific transaction.

All financial transactions on the y889 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y889 does not apply currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, general bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency networks.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though y889 reserves the right to impose individual account limits based on responsible gaming assessments or verification status. Dormant Accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. y889 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormant account administration fee of PKR 200 to such accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

y889 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry periods. Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus rules apply across all y889 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your y889 wallet and are not immediately available for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using the Bonus Balance before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be transferred to your Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawn.
• Real Money Balance is used first when placing wagers. Bonus Balance is only used once the Real Money Balance has reached zero, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the y889 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on y889 under your own or any other person's identity.

Where an account is closed by y889 due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any Bonus Balance, bonus-derived winnings, and Real Money Balance accrued through prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full. Where the Real Money Balance represents legitimately deposited funds that were not involved in any prohibited activity, y889 will endeavour to return such funds after deducting any amounts owed to y889.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date on which any change takes effect.
